the bowl is difficult to get on and off . Runs fine, chops and purees fine. Just clunky which can make a bit if a mess when the bowl has ingredients in it. But I had a Cusinart one for only two years...and it was worse. So I am happier than I was.

I received my food chopper the first of this month and have used it several times. I absolutely love this thing. It's the perfect size. If you pulse the chop you're okay but if you hold the button you'll end up with mush. But it works great!

I just bought this yesterday (11/18/19) and couldn't separate the black ring from the clear lid. Videos show they come apart for cleaning. Called customer service and was advised the new design does not come apart, although it looks exactly like the older design. New is supposed to be "improved" but not in this case. What's the reasoning behind that?

I bought this not long ago and it's been a real life saver making dinner. I don't have a lot of counter space and with 2 toddlers who can reach pretty far this has been a stress free way to chop fruits and veggies! The size is also great for when we go camping, and I'm glad I found a quality product!

The chopper is very good and also making purée but mine have a loose lock which cause it stop working if I just move my hand. It doesn't lock hard that is make me feel bad and I returned it into Amazon. So before buying it be sure that the lock click well otherwise it is a very nice and good chopper.

This appliance was so difficult to put together, and we could not sift thru the confusing directions (including the confusing online video which didn't end with it actually being turned on.) The black plastic top that is supposed to fit on the cover was difficult to snap back into place, I never did manage to do it.

I wanted a small processor but something that was quality made like my Kitchen Aid mixer. This is so easy to use and store with the cord wrap, but she so pretty you will want to display her on your counter! Small but powerful it made a wonderful quick and easy marinade. I will be purchasing more as gifts.

Although I do own a full-size food processor, I have long felt it was too large for most of my chopping/puree needs. I often need to grind up just a handful of dried spice, nuts or seeds for a particular recipe. Instead of having to take out, assemble and then wash my full-size food processor, this Mini Chopper is so much more ready-to-use and easy-to-clean. And since it's much smaller (and quite attractive) it can sit out on my marble countertop and is therefore easily accessible. Unlike the large food processor which I have to take apart and store underneath the counter in a storage cabinet.

I don't live in California, but I did find it hard to ignore the warning for California residents ONLY about harmful Cancer causing effects associated with this product. I can't use a product even if by all standards it is safe to use everywhere but California. I was excited to receive this processor ordered online, but disappointed about seeing the word cancer associated with it. I will not be using it.

This product is amazing, it has cut my prep time down to an eighth of what it used to be. Having this, I'm not sure how I can go back to not having it. At present I am, not able to chew my food. I tried 3 other products before I bought this chopper. It is wonderful. It even chops raw apples and raw onions small enough so that I can eat them to maintain a healthy diet. It has awesome power. Anyone who has problems chewing will love this little machine. Mothers that wish to feed their babies raw food which is much healthier will also benefit from this little machine.

The first thing I made in this was hummus and it was amazing! The machine did amazing and gave me the smoothest hummus. It has a strong enough motor and a big enough bowl to make plenty of stuff. I had about 6 cups of hummus when it was all said and done! I love it! Kitchen Aid never fails
