with my new Maytag refrigerator with freezer drawer. It has a smaller capacity than my last one but I'm only one person and it suits me fine. It is pleasing to the eye and having the freezer at the bottom allows ease of access to all freezer items as it is compartmentalized. If there is one drawback it is the crisper compartment sliders which aren't very sturdy/well made as the crisper box keeps coming off the track if I pull it out more than halfway. This is surprising for a Maytag product. I do like the refrigerator's easy to use finger touch controls...just two buttons, one for the freezer compartment and one for the fridge compartment. That is definitely a selling feature for me...I don't need a manual to adjust temperatures!!

Have had it 3 weeks. The crispers are terrible. Can't close them with one hand, very 'plastic on plastic' tight. The two smaller ones, in order to get a head of lettuce in, have to be completely pulled out past its edge, and then reseated to close. They always catch at the levers for humidty levels, so then you have to wiggle them past that lever to close completely. The large crisper drags in and out and in three weeks has made scuffs in the fridge itself. Its a design flaw at its finest to load a crisper with food, and expect it to slide seamlessly without any rollers. Cheap out-but still pay extra to have the Maytag sticker on the door. My new one will say GE on it, as I did some homework before I exchanged this one. Seems I should have read some reviews myself on this issue, because after the fact I see this is in fact an issue. Maybe Maytag, you should address it. The exterior is lovely, but the crispers are a deal breaker.

We have had an old appliance for so long so it was so nice to get. A brand new fridge freezer. It comes with lots of different shelves for a combination or formats which is great. While the bottom tray is nice for cheese and meats etc it does take away from the height of the produce drawers. But beautiful appliance the door handle on the fridge is a little loose but we called customer service and they are sending us new parts to tighten.

What a great way to enliven your kitchen, with Maytag appliances! I first got the Refrigerator and now also ordered the matching stainless steel cooktop range! It was a good decision to move forward and upgrade my appliances! The sale price even made it more attractive! But MAYTAG comes out on top when it comes to quality! Just beautiful!

I am sad to see that Maytag is taking such a long time to replace the scratched fridge door. This was brought to our attention the day of delivery and Maytag was notified withing two days via Trail Appliances and myself. Fridge purchased March 14/19 and to date, April 18/19, we are still waiting for a replacement door. We were told two days ago that the wait time will be another 6-8 weeks. Very poor service and if the door does not come within one week we will return the fridge and order from Bosch.

We bought this fridge 2 months ago and it does not disappoint! Love the bottom freezer feature, plenty of room to store things, even boxes. There's also lots of storage options inside the fridge. 2 spacious crispers and one smaller drawer perfect for storing meats or cheeses. One thing I have noticed is the compartments on the fridge door are a little awkwardly spaced. It's hard to store things in the two smaller spaces as they are so close together, leaving it difficult to reach into the middle one. Also, while it claims to be smudge resistant, little fingers do leave marks on the front panel. Other than that, I love this fridge!

Just got this yesterday - it looks good and the fridge interior is well designed. It will hold everything I need it to. However, the book that came with it explained a lot about the water dispenser and ice maker, neither of which I have. One piece of paper stated to engage the foot brake but no indication in the book about the location of the brake. Also, would like to remove one of the dividers in the freezer, but can't find any instructions for doing that. Have tried to figure it out but failed. So, quite satisfied overall, but the user instructions are a bit lacking.

I got this fridge just less than 4 months ago and from the beginning every time the compressor kicked in it did so with a continuous annoying buzzing sound and it was there up to 10 to 15 minutes before the compressor shuts down. I decided to go for this fridge because based on the reviews on many websites it was supposed to be a quiet one with a smooth sound but far from it!! I called Maytag few times and also got two of their technicians come and have a look, they came and just listened to it and said it is NORMAL!? They said it is my condo which has got an echoing effect and that is why I hear it louder! They said my ears are too sensitive!! And it is normal for a fridge even the brand new ones to keep going on every 15 minutes and stay on for 10 to 15 minutes! They all noticed that the compressor kicks in with a kind of rattling sound which then turns to a continuous buzz but ignored it! No one even bothered to open the back of the fridge to see if all is right with the compressor or the relay attached to it! I have had so many different fridges in my life and none was like this! imagine hearing an annoying buzzing sound every 15 minutes! Would it not drive you mad after a while?! I strongly believe that the compressor or the relay mechanism is faulty in this fridge and in the other words of all the oranges out there I got a lemon!! I wish Maytag was caring enough to replace this noisy fridge for me and set me free from this annoying buzzing noise!
This was my first and last time buying anything from Maytag, should have spend my money on LG or Samsung, what a mistake!!!!!!!!!!

I love everything about this fridge. The door holds all of the larger items like soy milk, ketchup, etc. My old fridge had the double doors so when I switched to this fridge with one door I wasn't sure I'd like it. Turns out I love it. Tons of room inside, easy to clean. My hubby really likes the meat drawer.

We thought by paying the extra money for a Maytag we would get an exceptional product. Guess you are really only paying for the name. Refridgerator seems very cheaply made. Very lightweight plastic. Bottom freezer drawer is very wobbly. Also it has been making a lot of weird gurgling noises. Never heard that from any of our other fridges. We were hoping to have better luck with a Maytag. Trying to stay hopeful.

I have always had faith in MMAYTAG--my new fridge-freezer is full of helpful new features and holds much more than I thought it would! I started married life with a brand new set of Maytags; a washer and dryer, but sold them with our house in Winnipeg when we moved to BC. I worked for Maytag in Winnipeg as Secretary to the Secretary & Treasurer for about 6 years--at that time it was the Maytag Head Office in Canada. I've always recommended MAYTAG!

J'ai reçu mes nouveaux appareils Maytag hier. Mon frigidaire est tellement mais tellement décevant.J'ai du garder mon ancien frigo puisqu'il ne rentre rien dans le nouveau. J'ai remis seulement la moitié de mes choses dans le nouveau congélateur...Il était plein. Lorsque j'ai remis mes choses de base dans la partie du frigo, il ne restait que des petits espaces même pas pour mettre un pain entre deux tablettes.J,ai mis un chou dans le tiroir et une moitié de courge, il était plein aussi Je ne pourrais plus y mettre de sac de fruit,de melon d'eau,de gros plat ..Oublier les achats de gros formats.De plus les tiroirs sont minces et les tablettes dans la porte de piètre qualités.. Très cheap, Qualité prix très mauvais.

I bought this a month ago and am quite happy with it. There are ample shelves, that I am still rearranging to get it the way I like it. Also lots of shelves for the door. I love the large meat drawer, it's great for storing eggs, cheese, meats as well as anything you want to store in it. The freezer holds more than my last fridge, so am quite happy with it and I love it being on the bottom of the fridge. The freezer has two sliding basket shelves which I am finding very useful. This fridge is very quiet, we don't even notice it's running. The design is quite innovative, sleek clean lines
